At VFIX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item is faulty or not as described

You received the wrong item

You have changed your mind (within the cooling-off period for online orders)

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Products must be in the same condition you received them (with all accessories)

Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items returned after 30 days

Products with accidental damage, water damage, or misuse

Devices that have been tampered with, unlocked, or jailbroken

Items missing accessories (e.g. chargers, cables, etc.)

Opened packages or boxes

Products sold under Clearance or Final Sale

Refurbished Devices
All our devices go through a full inspection before shipping. Each unit is covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. If a fault develops during this time, we will:

Offer a repair or replacement, or

Issue a partial or full refund at the market value, depending on the case

Warranty does not cover accidental or liquid damage.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, process your return via your account or email us at returns@vfix.ie with the following:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos, if applicable

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation (RMA) and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected within 7 business days:

We’ll notify you via email

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know. We’ll do our best to provide a suitable replacement.
